The Capital Region is home to over 160,000 households who struggle to maintain access to housing, food, and other essential needs. In addition, the area hosts over 1600 individuals experiencing homelessness, and thousands of struggling previously incarcerated men and women who face unemployment rates of up to 75%.
We serve these community members with job readiness training, financial education, employment case management, job referrals, transportation, nutrition assistance, and supportive essential services.
Give or volunteer today, and create life-transforming opportunities for self-sufficiency and restored dignity through employment.
