STAR provides supportive services to survivors to reduce their experience of trauma. Our advocacy, counseling and legal services are available to youth and adult survivors of sexual violence at no cost, and are intended to assist survivors at any stage of their healing. STAR also provides community education and outreach to help end sexual violence. With the continued uncertainty of Covid-19, many nonprofit organizations have had to face difficult challenges to maintain their core services and retain staff and volunteers. Our most critical need is general operating funds to support our mission and programs.
