Futures Fund is a flagship program of The Walls Project, a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the cultural and economic development of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The program was launched in 2015 as a youth training and college-readiness initiative to prepare high school students for a 21st-century workplace. The program is designed to develop the whole person by providing training, mentorship, and life skills development.

Futures Fund Tech Academy is a key component of the program and provides young people with the latest technical skills and knowledge to bridge the gap between the increasing demand for technology jobs and the limited number of qualified individuals to fill those positions. The Tech Academy provides a safe and nurturing environment for students to learn and gain hands-on work experience in areas such as computer coding, digital photography, project-based practice, and life skills development. The program also includes mentorship opportunities and the chance to increase future earning capacity.

In addition to Tech Academy, Futures Fund also includes a Coding Bootcamp, which is a 12-week intensive program that provides students with the necessary skills to become proficient in computer programming. This program is designed for individuals who are looking to make a career change or gain additional skills in the technology field.
